All bookings made with Travasia Holidays are subject to availability and confirmation. To secure your booking, customers are required to make an advance payment or full payment depending on the nature of the package.
Prices quoted are based on current rates and are subject to change without prior notice due to factors such as currency fluctuations, seasonal demand, hotel availability, or changes from third-party service providers.
Failure to complete payment within the specified time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
If you wish to cancel your booking, a written request must be submitted via email or official communication channels. Cancellation charges will be applicable depending on how close the cancellation date is to the departure date.
Please note that certain services such as flight tickets, visa fees, hotel bookings during peak seasons, and special promotional packages may be non-refundable.
Eligible refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–14 working days after deducting applicable charges.
It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to carry valid travel documents, including passports, visas, identity proofs, and any other required permits.
Travasia Holidays shall not be held responsible for any issues arising due to incomplete, invalid, or incorrect documentation, including denial of boarding, visa rejection, or immigration clearance issues.
While we strive to follow the planned itinerary, Travasia Holidays reserves the right to make necessary changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, political situations, or operational challenges.
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide suitable alternatives without compromising the overall travel experience.
Travasia Holidays acts as a facilitator between travelers and third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, and local guides.
We do not own or control these services and therefore are not liable for any delays, cancellations, losses, injuries, damages, or inconveniences caused by these third parties.
Any disputes regarding such services should be resolved directly with the respective service provider.
We strongly recommend all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before their journey. Travel insurance helps cover unexpected situations such as medical emergencies, trip cancellations, baggage loss, or travel delays.
Travasia Holidays will not be responsible for any financial losses arising from such unforeseen events.
All travelers are expected to maintain proper behavior and respect local laws, cultures, and fellow travelers during the trip.
Any misconduct, illegal activity, or behavior that causes inconvenience to others may result in immediate termination of services without any refund.
Travasia Holidays shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions, or political unrest.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.
